Mark R. Dawson Chief Operating Officer
Mark Dawson is Chief Operating Officer of Peak Ridge Capital Group and a member of the board of directors of its general partner, Peak Ridge Capital LLC. Mark is also a member of Peak Ridge’s Executive and Oversight Committees. In his role, he is responsible for the internal implementation of the strategic direction within Peak Ridge and oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm. Mark also manages key external relationships for the firm, including fund administration, tax, audit and legal.
Prior to joining Peak Ridge, Mark founded Allerton
Consulting LLC, which specialized in process and
system implementations. With his expertise in
project management, Mark assisted multi-billion
dollar, global companies in the implementation
of various solutions to maximize the efficiency
of operations. Prior to that, Mark co-founded The
Vision Consulting Group where he was responsible
for all internal operations of the firm.
Mark began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers
after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Boston
College with a B.S. degree in Accounting.
